About the Sacral Chakra

The sacral chakra is fluid — its element is water, and like water it holds the waves of emotion, sexual current, and creative impulse. Blocked sacral looks like numbness: the work feels dry, the relationship feels rote, the body feels distant. Its crystals are the warm oranges and reds: carnelian above all, with sunstone, red jasper, and moonstone. They return the current to the current.
