About Red Sardonyx
Red sardonyx is a banded red and white variety of chalcedony — the red from iron oxide. Part of the agate family but harder-edged energetically, it is a strengthening crystal with a long warrior history.
Roman soldiers wore sardonyx into battle for courage. Crusaders carried it. Indian tradition uses it for protection against legal trouble and for stamina in long endeavours.
