About Red Fire Quartz
Red fire quartz (also called hematoid quartz) is clear quartz shot through with iron and hematite — the red-orange streaks are literal iron. The crystal carries Agni’s fire held inside quartz’s clarity.
A relatively recent addition to the healer’s kit (from Brazilian and Madagascan deposits) but quickly adopted in kundalini work and for Agni-kona Vastu placement — the southeast corner of the home.
