About Lepidolite
Lepidolite is a lithium-bearing mica — yes, actual lithium, the same element in anxiety medication. It is the only crystal that visibly contains a neurotransmitter stabiliser. Purple to pink in colour, soft enough to scratch with a fingernail, yet powerful enough to sit with anyone in a panic attack.
A newer addition to healing kits (the lithium wasn't discovered until 1817) but rapidly embraced by therapists and emergency workers.

How to Identify a Real Lepidolite
Common fakes: Dyed glass, plastic, or less valuable stones passed off as the real thing.
How to tell the real thing: Real crystals are heavier than glass or plastic of the same size, stay cool to the touch, and usually show natural inclusions or colour zoning — too-uniform colour is a warning sign. Buy from trusted sources and ask the seller about origin and treatment.
