About Golden Healer Quartz
Golden healer quartz is clear quartz with an iron oxide coating — the gold colour is literal iron, the same mineral your blood uses to carry oxygen. This is not a coincidence to the traditions that work with it: it is considered a crystal that assists the body's own recovery.
